Rays Touch Tank presented by the Florida AquariumHome of Major League Baseball’s Tampa Bay Rays and the Arena Football League’s Tampa Bay Storm, Tropicana Field’s 1.1 million square feet includes unique design features and fan amenities found nowhere else in the Major Leagues.

If you don’t want to take in a professional baseball or arena football game, or you are on Anna Maria Island during the sports’ off-season, you can partake in one of behind-the-scenes tours that includes access to the field, the Rays’ dugout, the press box, and Ted Williams Museum & Hitters Hall of Fame.

The most unique feature of Tropicana Field has to be the Rays Touch Tank presented by the Florida Aquarium. The first-of-its-kind at a professional sports venue, the 35-foot, 10,000 gallon tank is located just beyond the right-center field fence and is home to over 30 cownose rays caught in the waters of Tampa Bay.
