Our lovely single floor home is full of charm and character. With wood beamed ceilings and oversized windows, the interior is filled with natural light. The living and dining room combo lead to a screened and furnished lanai complete with a TV.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. One of the guest rooms has two queen beds. The final guest room includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and is accessed from the outside of the home through a private screened lanai. Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the twin sized daybed in the living room. Each bedroom includes a TV, and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.
Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
A sparkling, heated pool and spa, pool loungers, and an outdoor shower are highlights of the backyard. A gas grill, outdoor patio dining table for four make dining al fresco an enjoyable option.
Bring the boat! The 65 ft dock can accommodate a boat up to 40 ft. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the dock while fishing or just enjoying nature. Be prepared to see a variety of native Florida birds and possibly a dolphin or manatee.
Canal Place is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation
