Located on the bayside of north Longboat Key in the heart of Longboat Village, Mar Vista Dockside Restaurant & Pub was built in 1912.
Spared when a 1921 hurricane wiped out large chunks of the island, this “Old Florida”-style restaurant is considered one of the 12 oldest surviving structures on Longboat Key. It serves fresh, local seafood in a unique atmosphere on beautiful Sarasota Bay, has a private dock and offers inside and outside dining.
