Welcome to Turtle Tyme! Centrally located on Anna Maria in Holmes Beach with easy access to the entire island, Turtle Tyme is a quick two block walk to the sparkling, clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The open and airy eat-in kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal while your family enjoys the comfortable living room. With access to the backyard and pool, grill up dinner and enjoy your meal under the palm trees at the patio table for four.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The first guest room has a queen sized bed and the last bedroom has a set of bunkbeds with a twin bed over a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and guests will enjoy crisp sheets and fluffy towels from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
Step outside and into the sparkling heated pool. Pool loungers and Adirondack chairs provide the perfect spot to enjoy the island breezes. The tropically landscaped backyard includes features a putting green which is sure to keep everyone entertained.
Turtle Tyme is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2-dog limit
Turtle Tyme is easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Turtle Tyme was a great house and provided all the amenities we needed for a great week. Our kids (10 and 7) loved the pool and the location to the beach made it easy to do both each day. We also rented a golf cart which made traveling around the island that much more fun. All in all a great week in a great house

We absolutely loved this place! So clean, cozy blankets, well kept, we felt right at home. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Pool was amazing, clean and serviced while we were there. Restaurants and shops close by. Hank’s Grill was delicious. We loved the AMI beach cafe. We had dinner and breakfast there a couple of times. Highly recommended! The water is amazing and the beach is absolutely beautiful. We caught sunset every night from the water. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing much needed beach vacation!

Perfection The perfect house for our family of 4 (kids 19 & 20). The pool, although it was quite warm in the heat of July, was well used by all of us every morning into the day. We loved the putting green. We made up our own mini golf course. Fridge ice machine was well used. Beach cart, lots of beach/pool towels, 4 chairs, umbrellas, even a pop up canopy are all provided. Beach is a short, EASY walk (about a 350/400 steps… I’m a weirdo… I counted). The a/c in the house was incredible. Loved the little outdoor space outside the master bedroom. Note that there are 2 rolls of TP for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods provided and no laundry pods. Thank you for a great stay!

Near beach and local life This is our second year staying in Anna Maria. We really liked the location of this house. It was within walking distance of the beach, local restaurant and shopping. The design of the house is roomy and the family enjoyed the outdoor putting green and pool. The property management was very responsive on a few minor snafus' (caused by mother nature). I would book with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals again.

Very Pleasant Property This vacation home is nicely decorated and well-equipped. We appreciated the wagon and sand chairs for easy trips to the nearby beach. The management company responded promptly to a few inquiries we had, and everything went smoothly with renting baby equipment from their recommended vendor, Fun and More. The property is well-maintained with weekly pool and landscaping attention. There is unavoidable traffic noise from Gulf Drive while enjoying the lovely pool and yard, but it is not noticeable indoors. The location is near the Publix and other stores, which is convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We rent two to three vacation properties a year and we were very pleased with both the home and the service from Anna Maria Life Vacations. We brought our dog and really appreciated the fenced in yard. The pool area was a great hang out spot if you didn't want to go to the beach....I was concerned that being right on Gulf Dr would be too noisy but surprisingly it was not a problem at all. The unit was well equipped and the beds were good (for a week). We had a couple of minor problems but they handled them very quickly. We'll be back!

Great stay! Super clean, tastefully decorated home.. great location (super close to beach) and easy to get around the island. The backyard is fantastic! Nice pool and seating areas. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The property management company was very easy to work with and super responsive. If we come bank to Anna Maria Island we will definitely rent through them again. Great vacation place!

Great time at Turtle Tyme This was our first time visiting AMI. We had a wonderful week at this vacation rental home. When we first arrived everything was clean and well prepared. The house appears newly decorated and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with new pots and pans and kitchen towels ect.. All the furniture appeared new. The master suite was large with a walk-in closet. The air conditioning worked great too. The yard was nicely landscaped w tropical trees and plants and is completely enclosed if you bring your dog. We enjoyed the heated pool and putting green daily. It is centrally located which made it easy to enjoy the whole island. We rented a golfcart for the week and had fun exploring the island. Restaurants we liked were The Waterfront, Hurricane Hanks, Ugly Grouper and The Wicked Cantina. We will definitely be back soon. AMI is a great place to vacation! Hope this review is helpful Enjoy!!
