This home is part of a duplex, but you'll have your own private entrance, driveway, and yard. The only thing you might share with the neighboring unit is a wall—everything else is completely separate for your comfort and privacy.

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. We had an amazing stay and truly loved this home! The location was ideal, just 2.5 blocks from the beach, making it so easy to head over for sunset each night. Those evening walks quickly became our favorite part of the day.The house had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the beach supplies, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.The pool was a highlight for our family, we used it every day, and we loved having the grill and tiki bar to make evenings at home just as fun as going out.The proximity to the trolley stops (both northbound and southbound) was perfect for getting around the island, especially for trips to Pine Street for shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed walking to Small Town Creamery more than once for ice cream, it quickly became a favorite! Overall, we really appreciated the thoughtful accommodations and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return. This was one of our favorite vacations, and this home played a big part in that.

This duplex was beautiful, clean and had so many amenities! Beds were comfortable and everything was squeaky clean. We loved the tv on the back porch and the beach supplies. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Also, a short walk to the beach! We highly recommend Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals

This was our 7th year at the Tiki Cottage and as always it was perfect .We stay for five weeks so it is really our home away from home . We have a great selection of restaurants on AMI but because our stay is lengthy we cook many of our at meals at the cottage . The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything I need. The decor throughout is lovely and the pool area is exceptional, we enjoyed watching the Winter Olympics from the Tiki Bar and pool . Our family visited this year and the spaciousness of the cottage made it comfortable for everyone

The Tiki Hut was way more than the pictures show. It's beyond beautiful. The entire unit was spotless, cozy, decorated amazingly, private, and close to many area establishments. The pool area was set up perfectly, and the foliage surrounding the pool was beautiful. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and a quick walk to the beach.

We all just love this place. It had everything that we could possibly need from umbrellas and chairs to beach towels and even sand buckets for the beach along with a wagon. Very good location close to everything. It seems to be brand new inside and out. It’s just a wonderful place. The pool is awesome with the tiki bar and the TV. The kids enjoyed watching ball games out there. It’s just a very nice clean home away from home. I can’t imagine that you would be disappointed.

House was perfect! Plenty of room and great location. All the amenities and accommodations for anyone’s stay. Loved the tiki hut with TV, the pool is big and easy to move around in with teenage kids. Wife and I loved the single story level. Definitely will be back, and look forward to staying here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Tiki Cottage!!! The place was impressively clean upon our arrival. Check-in and Check-out was so easy. Communication was great. The backyard pool and Tiki hut made our stay even better. Location was so close to everything we needed, especially the beach! This has been our fifth year staying at the Tiki Cottage and we’ll be back next year. We are in the pool and walking on the beach every day . The cottage is very cozy and is equipped with everything you could possibly need . This year we are especially grateful to have been able to be here . With all the damage the island sustained from the hurricane we were afraid the cottage might not be ready. The owners did an amazing job getting everything restored. Things are in perfect condition!

The Tiki Cottage was the best place we have stayed on the island!! The beautiful heated pool was perfect for our Christmas vacation. Our kids could swim even when the weather wasn’t the warmest. We loved having dinner at the tiki hut after putting the kids to bed. The kitchen and in unit washer and dryer made this stay so easy with kids. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. Easy walking to north and southbound trolleys. The host was responsive, pleasant and booking was easy. We will be back!

We had two very nice weeks in this house. Very clean, quiet location, walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and bars nearby. We have been coming to the region for over 20 years. The cottage was the best accommodation we have had so far. We will be back.

Loved it! Thank you for supplying everything! That door alarm for pool is the only thing we didn’t like. I wish you could use it only if you needed it. But we made the best of it. I’m sure we annoyed the neighbor by setting it off. We would definitely recommend this house.

We enjoyed the cottage & everything that was included. Anything we needed for the kitchen was @ our disposal. The pool & patio area were perfect or us. It seemed like "home". That is why I reserved it for next year!!!!! (the coffee pot was the slowest maker I have ever seen. It needs a vinegar cleaning!!!) All in all we had a fantastic time!!! A Perfect Stay! The property is absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The backyard was amazing with a great pool and the tiki bar was awesome with the tv. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, which was really appreciated. All of the mattresses seemed new, which is usually not the case at a rental, and was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The location is fantastic, only a few blocks from the public beach access and a quick ride to restaurants. We rented a golf cart for the week which made it a lot of fun. We would 100% rent this unit again.

Wonderful Property House and private pool were clean, short walk to beach, plenty of utensils and dinnerware, extra pillows, has a propane grill out back, plenty of space for a family of six. The tiki theme was awesome. The outdoor space with covered tiki bar was nice and private. Property management folks were quick to respond and answered our questions before arrival.
