This cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage at the north end of the island that sleeps two is perfect for a private, romantic getaway for you and your sweetheart, or even a solo island getaway. The waterfront home faces the canal for unbeatable views! Enjoy the tranquil north end of the while remaining within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The living space features a leather couch with chaise and TV. The kitchen is steps away and with a table for two.

The bedroom includes a queen bed and TV and is outfitted in crisp linens with plush towels in the bathroom from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The lovely backyard shares a dock on a canal with the two other cottages on the property. Three single kayaks and two double kayaks are available for the guests to explore the canal and waterways. When ready to relax, a variety of chairs and loungers as well as comfortable hammocks are available. There’s also a full patio dining set and gas grill for enjoying your meal al-fresco.

Summer Breeze is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Limit **

Summer Breeze is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Loved all the different places to sit outside. Sitting on dock was so relaxing. Made use of the Kayaks. Loved walking in that area. Beach was close and nice. Loved the couch in main room! Would come again for sure.

Location is incredible, steps from the beach and short walk to all the cafes, shops and restaurants in the historic village. Enjoyed how private the area was, between the two patios and the shared dock space. Nice having all the beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels) ready to roll!

Lovely one bedroom place with great amenities. Included beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler etc all for the beach. Lovely beach literally 100m away. Nice coffee shop at end of road (200m). The island is something special. The place was excellent and well equipped. We cooked and ate out as well. Lovely restaurants in walking distance. Great lounge area. Outside places x3 to sit and eat. Also hammock!! Would come again.

We will definitely be back! We have visited Anna Maria for years and this property is at the top of our list. It was our first time bringing our dogs so we couldn’t have asked for a better set up with the yard and quaint location. It’s walkable to one of our favorite areas (Pine Street) and less than 2 minutes straight out of the door to the beautiful and quiet beach of Bean Point (another one of our favorite spots). It’s hard to find parking down there if you aren’t staying down there so it was PERFECT. Great hosts and a real gem on Anna Maria Island 💗

Honeymoon getaway Summer breeze was our saving grace for our honeymoon in Cancun we had to cancel due to the hurricane. We very last minute booked here. It was perfect for the two of us & had everything we needed. Great location with quiet beach access across the street. Henry was a gem. He was so helpful & kind. They had tons of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, carts, coolers. I even read a book from the collection in the laundry room. Thank you!

Excellent property in AMI! We loved the house. The description and pictures are very accurate. The house is on the quieter, north end on the island, which we liked very much. Walking 1 block to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were available in the house to use. Highly recommended

Relaxing, low key getaway! Summer Breeze was everything we could have wished for and beyond! The cottage itself had all the amenities of home, and was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed cooking on the gas BBQ and eating on the back patio, and even ate our breakfast there some days. The dock on the lake was SO quiet and peaceful, with always a lovely breeze, thus we now know how it got it's name, Summer Breeze. We would recommend this vacation stay to anyone looking for some much needed down time. And I would be remiss if I did not mention that Summer Breeze was only steps away from the beach....such gorgeous sunsets!

Close to beach & quiet! I loved staying here! The space was perfect for me for the week - it's very well maintained and has plenty of options for outdoor seating and lounging (napping in the hammock was awesome). I loved being able to kayak whenever I wanted and you're 400 feet from the beach. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to restaurants and stores so I was able to not use my car most of the week. This was my first time to Anna Maria Island and I think I found the perfect spot to stay. It was quiet and the beach seemed less crowded where I was as well. The bed was very comfortable and I liked having two separate thermostats so I could cool down the bedroom before I slept without freezing the rest of the place. I met the owner who's very nice and chatted with me several times during the week. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Summer Breeze was lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the canal with the blue heron that was a frequent visitor both in the morning and late afternoon, as well as on one of the patio's for unit 0. It was a perfect space for two people and walkable to the beach and .6 of a mile to shops and restaurants. I wish we'd brought our bikes because that would be the perfect way to get around. Summer Breeze has multiple kayaks you can drop in right at their dock. There is a small dishwasher, so bring pods or just wash by hand using the dish liquid provided, which for two people was easy. Everything was super clean and neat. We would gladly stay here again on a return to Anna Maria Island.

Perfect Location I highly recommend this property. The location is within walking distance to the beach and Pine Avenue. The house is supplied with everything you need. The outside grounds are a perfect paradise with hammocks, kayaks and comfortable seating to enjoy the canal in the back. We will definitely be back to enjoy this little piece of heaven.
