The basketball hoop and ping pong table offers hours of fun should you want outdoor fun out of the water. Step out onto the deck with your favorite beverage to enjoy the view of the sunset on Adirondack chairs. Your private, heated pool and spillover spa are just outside the door!

The screened balcony off the master offers a comfortable seating arrangement for coffee or a quiet reading space.

The upper level of the home is the main living level, where you’ll be greeted with beach and island calm. The living area features cozy and comfortable furnishings in island colors and patterns that will bring the beach inside! A large sliding door opens onto the balcony and brings the outdoors breeze in! The living space flows into the kitchen and dining area. Turn to the fully equipped kitchen and its stainless steel appliances, sprawling counters, and myriad of cupboards and drawers that hold everything you’ll need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Enjoy a relaxing meal or snack from one of the three seats at the raised bar, or take a seat at the large, rectangular dining table that seats six. The dining area also boasts access to the outdoor space!

At the end of a long day of island fun, retreat to a private bedroom. All bedrooms have tile floors. Three of the bedrooms are on the upper level. The master suite boasts a king bed, night tables, and a sitting area where you can lounge and read a book, as well as a wall-mounted flat screen TV to keep you entertained. Enjoy your morning and evening routine in the en suite bath along with 2 separate closet spaces.  The second bedroom features a queen bedroom set with night tables and dresser, as well as wall-mounted flat screen TV. This room also has an ensuite bathroom and access to the screened balcony. A desk area allows you to work or keep in touch with friends and family without disturbing others. The bath features a shower stall and single-sink vanity. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of custom twin-over-twin built-in bunk beds. There is storage under the lower bunks for all their things, and a closet has been converted into a desk area where they can draw or play games. 

The lower level is like a second residence and is perfect for a family to share away from others. This level features a full kitchen with apartment size stainless steel appliances, a movable island for extra prep space and seating, as well as a table for four. 

A comfortable couch and oversize chair offer cozy seating while watching a movie or show on the flat screen TV. If you need a refreshing dip, a large sliding glass door leads out to the pool and outdoor area. 

The 4th bedroom features two twin beds with shared night table and a dresser and closet. The final bedroom downstairs features a queen bed, night table, dresser and closet. The two rooms share a bathroom with large zero entry walk-in shower and single-sink vanity. 

Luna Sea is easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!
