Located west of Gulf Drive and 1 block to the sand, La Coconut is an elevated beach home with the fun amenities you expect from vacation.
The main living level features the kitchen, dining room with table for six, and living room. Patio doors lead to a balcony overlooking the tropical landscaping.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bath. Guest rooms include a queen bed and a room with a set of full over full bunk beds with a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom has a Roku TV, shared hall bathroom and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a full-sized washer and dryer. The home also has a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The heated pool with rock waterfall feature highlights the fenced backyard oasis, complete with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and gas grill. An expansive covered lanai features couches to lounge while watching a large screen Roku tv, or dine alfresco at a dining set for 6. Just off the pool are two air-conditioned game rooms with seating, foosball table, ping pong table, and arcade games for the ultimate entertainment.
Located in a residential neighborhood in Holmes Beach, La Coconut is is just two blocks to Publix and nearby shopping plazas with restaurants and shops, and provides a great location to get on and off the island quickly. The free trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island, hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

We had a great stay at La Coconut. We enjoyed its mid island location so we could easily get to everything via golf cart. Our teens really enjoyed the ground level activity room and pool, which was a great temp even in late September. The ocean was a very fast walk away and the beach felt nearly private this time of year. We enjoyed having Publix and a few restaurants so close as well. AMLVR was very responsive and helpful and we look forward to renting this spot again.

Excellent location! Walk to the beach, walk to Publix and local gift shops. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out between the home interior, the game room, and the outdoor entertainment area. The pool was nice to relax in and it was well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook a nice meal. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to dine at, coffee shops to get your morning coffee for a walk on the beach, and ice cream shops to cool off and cure your sweet tooth. If you are looking to experience Ana Maria Island and the surrounding locations this is an excellent stay!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Being so close to the beach and having beach gear was amazing! We loved catching the sunset and then hanging in game room or pool at night. Fun and relaxing place to stay! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the house- it was a short walk to the beach- we went back and forth all day from the house to the beach and the pool. We really loved the small pool and the waterfall. Our 12 year old loved the fact that we could splash and throw a ball without bothering other people (he got a lot of warnings in other visits about bothering the sunbathers by our condo pool)- so having a private pool was nice for all of us. We were also 2 blocks from the Publix - so we made many small trips - no need to drive anywhere. The beach in Anna Maria is the best! We all also became big fans of the Anna Maria Beach Cafe - we went there for 2 breakfasts- 1 dinner- and several happy hours with live music. Everyone in our group of 6 ( ages 12, 21, 40s, and 70) could find something on their menu - with our feet in the sand! We had a great time!

La Coconut was perfect for a January getaway! We chose the property for location (literally three lots from the beach), privacy (it’s a single family home), the heated pool and the lush landscape. The outdoor area is huge with multiple seating options and a gorgeous pool (it’s on the smaller side but we loved it). We didn’t use the game room but it’s well equipped and offers a lot of additional space. Indoor space was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There’s also an abundance of beach supplies and two wagons for transport. The lot the house sits on is on a curve on Gulf Drive…it’s a busy road but the circular driveway made it easier to get in and out. Holmes Beach is a great location on AMI…would definitely choose that area again. Finally…grocery store and other amenities are a block away…super convenient without the feel of a commercial area. Five star stay!

Very clean house. Great amenities. Close to the beach, stores, restaurants and fun activities. My wife, myself and our 4 kids ages 16, 15, 13 and 3, all had a wonderful time. The house was so comfortable and peaceful. It really was a home away from home. We already miss the pool and the waterfall and all the palm trees. We can't wait to come back. Best vacation ever!

Great vacation location! Our stay at La Coconut was awesome. We were close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Our private pool area and deck was enjoyed by everyone. We have travelled to Anna Maria Island 6 times and have stayed in various locations. The Holmes Beach area is our favorite and this property was in a great location! Only a block from the beach and we had 3 small children in our group so it was perfect! The house was very clean and stocked well and we loved that the pool was shaded from about noon-1:00pm on! We highly recommend this property!

We had a great vacation! I’ve never been to Anna Maria island- I’ve usually stayed in siesta but the prices are getting insane. The location is fantastic. Walk to the beach, Publix, gift shops, some restaurants and the beach bar. It was like a private beach- hardly anyone out there. For being just 2 months after getting hit so hard with the hurricanes- there was still plenty of places open to choose from.

We absolutely loved this spot. It was a short walk to the beach (maybe just a couple of minutes). And the location of the beach is less crowded than just north of here. The place was also walking distance to the grocery store, etc. Our kids loved coming back from the beach and going into the pool. It's a good size for small kids - and the outdoor area was great for dinners in the evening. They also liked the game room downstairs. The layout of the house is great too with the primary away from two smaller bedrooms where the kids stayed and each room is furnished with a TV and fans, which made the stay more comfortable.
