Once you’ve settled yourself inside, step out into your backyard island oasis. The private in-ground pool is the perfect place for a dip when you don’t want to pack up for the beach. Sun yourself in lounges surrounding the pool or enjoy a meal al fresco! There is an outdoor dining table set for four under the shade of a pergola – it can even extend to seat extra guests if needed. The whole yard is fenced in, and tall trees and mature vegetation add extra privacy to your island retreat.

The entrance to the home opens up onto a spacious sun room. Tall windows let in plenty of natural light. Take a seat in the outdoor living furniture and relax or enjoy a meal or snack in the breakfast area that seats four. Open the sliding glass door from the sun room into the main home. Step into the open living, kitchen, and dining space with wood floors throughout. Sink into cozy and soft beach furnishings and read, nap, or watch a movie or TV show together on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. To block the sun, or for some extra privacy, draw the sand- colored curtains over the door. At mealtime, the fully equipped kitchen is just steps away. Stainless steel appliances accompany plenty of cupboards and drawers full of everything you’ll need for a home-cooked meal. There is a peninsula bar that seats three for a quick snack or to help out the chef, and access to the backyard through the kitchen. 

After a day full of island fun, choose a private bedroom. The home is set up with dual master suites. The first master suite boasts vaulted ceilings, an upholstered queen bed, window bench, dresser and night tables, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. Large “his” and “hers” closets offer plenty of storage space. A feature wall boasts vertical wood paneling. The en suite bath features a frameless glass shower with ½ wall and single-sink vanity. The second suite features a wicker queen bed and night tables against a feature wall of wood siding. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV over a tall wood dresser. Guests in this room can enjoy access to the backyard space through a glass-panel door. The en suite bath features a frameless glass shower with ½ wall and double-sink vanity. The final sleeping space is in the den. It boasts a queen sleeper sofa. Whether you’re watching from the bed or the sofa, you can enjoy a movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flat screen TV.
