Crow's Nest, one of four residences making up Spinnakers Vacation Cottages, is located 250 steps to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Holmes Beach.

Crow's Nest is the only second floor of the residences and boasts colorful and beachy decor in the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. The third floor loft offers two double beds. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home.

Spinnakers Vacation Cottages are four individual residences with a shared laundry room and shared outdoor space. The backyard features a heated pool surrounded by pool loungers and Adirondack chairs. Guests will enjoy the gas grill and dining poolside under the umbrella at the patio table.

Crow's Nest is a dog friendly home! If you have added a dog to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2-dog limit, some restrictions apply.

Catch the nearby free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Our family of 5 (kids 11, 9 & 5) + 1 doggo loved our stay at Crows Nest! It was spacious enough for everyone with great little features to help keep organized (plenty of dresser space, hangers, hooks in bathroom & on deck, counter space on bathroom dresser). The supplied pool towels and beach gear closet were very helpful. The unit, property and pool space were all clean and well kept.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the Crows Nest. Amazing home, and amazing location. This was our third visit to the island and all agreed this is the ideal location for access to everything. Everything in the home was as described and worked as expected. Great host. The Crows Nest is a perfectly unique, twist to a beach vacation. Not your basic beach rental. So close to the beach, that you can easily pop back and forth often. They even provide wagons, chairs and umbrellas! Kitchen had all things necessary to prepare meals, and more. I would go back in a second!! ALSO, as we pulled in , the owner was dropping something off and she was so welcoming. Gave us plenty of recommendations and tips. This is a true gem !!!

Great stay! We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and had everything for a beach vacation. We loved that the beach locker had plenty of beach chairs to accommodate our family and other families staying on the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great little place in Holmes Beach! We had a wonderful stay at the Crow's Nest. It is well laid out and well supplied. It was just my husband and I but loved that there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for everyone staying at the property to use. The beach is super close and easy to access along with the island trolley. Such a cute little hideaway and we would definitely stay again!

Great property and location! My wife and ai spent a week at the property and we truly loved our experience. The property is steps away from a beautiful less crowded part of the beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The unit was comfortable, clean, and everything on the description was provided. We look forward to coming back soon.

Perfect We absolutely loved our stay at the Crows Nest! The beach was a very short walk away with local restaurants and pubs less than 1/2 mile away. We walked every where we needed to go. We ate in a lot so we were happy the kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. We loved our stay!

Crow’s Nest Loved everything about the Crow’s Nest! So cute! comfortable bed , good water pressure in the shower, cool AC. Easy short walk to the beach. Nice beach chairs provided and beach wagons to use.5-10 min walk to bars and restaurants and a nice pool! Quiet neighborhood . Highly recommend!

Restful two weeks First time staying here in the Crow’s Nest. Clean, convenient and close to everything. Went in late October so place was quiet; we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Place is well maintained. Would like to go back next year

Just the two of us Great property to spend the week. It was just the two of us so the property we rented fit us perfectly. The location is quiet, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The onsite pool was very nice as well. We loved our stay and will be back again.

Great Little Getaway!! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Crow's Nest!! We spent all of our days on the beautiful beach and cozy evenings enjoying dinner together and hanging out in the condo. Loved the place!!

Fantastic week in the sun The cottage was absolutely lovely, and so close to the beach access path. We loved using the pool and made good use of the beach equipment. Fantastic place for a couple. Definitely will be back!

We are family of three stayed at Crows Nest Spinnakers cottage. We loved our accommodations a lot. It was very comfortable, spacious with all the necessities. Loved decor inside the cottage. It felt very homey. The fact that beach was only a few minutes walk was very convenient. We also liked pool a lot. Thank you for your hospitality! We are going to recommend this place to our friends and we are looking to come back to the beautiful Anna Maria Island and to stay again at this wonderful place. Thank you and best regards from. We really enjoyed our little cottage on this vacation. It was a really nice and cozy place for my family of four (two adults/two children). They two slept upstairs and my wife and I in the master. It could have easily accommodated 1-2 more children or maybe one more adult (couch). It was very clean and fully-equipped. We really liked this spot because of the upper deck that made us feel apart from the other renters, though that wasn't an issue at all. Everyone was very respectful of the shared spaces and super friendly. After the first night we realized the pillows were very old and flat - they arrived within 30 minutes of calling and replaced with brand new pillows. We needed a beach wagon - they brought that too! We have no complaints, only praise, and had a wonderful vacation at AMI.

AMI vacation We had a great time! For most of our stay their were 3 other couples there about our age. One night we all had a bar-b-que out at the pool besides swimming & going to the beach with them. The pool was warm & we were close to the beach, restaurants & shopping.

First time renting from AMILV and the experience was great. We stayed at Spinnaker Cottages aCrows Nest suite. The old Florida charm is lovely, and my granddaughter loved sleeping in the loft. We were close to everything and 300 steps to the beach. I highly recommend and w use the company again.

Couldn't ask for more. Great unit in great location. Tucked away and private yet right where you want to be. Unit has all the creature comforts you could ask for, wish we could stay forever.
