The shared saltwater pool area is like a lush little oasis, featuring quality outdoor furniture like sun loungers and chairs. There’s also an outdoor dining set with a convenient shading umbrella, and a shared BBQ grill for grilling up meals al fresco.
When you step inside the Captain’s Quarters, you’ll immediately pick up on the beachy vibe, with seafoam green walls and a bright wood-paneled ceiling. The open concept space includes the kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and perks such as a coffee maker. Cook up full-fledged meals or simple snacks—the choice is yours! Just past the kitchen you’ll find a dining table with a built-in bench and chairs, perfect for when you want to cook up a sit-down family dinner.
Continue to the living area, where you’ll find a comfy couch, two chairs with sea inspired patterns, and a flat screen TV with cable access. Past the living area you’ll come across and additional high-top dining set in a cozy area with natural light from large windows. The home also has use of a shared washer and dryer for keeping it fresh after beach days!The Captain’s Quarters boasts three bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. The master suite features a flat screen TV and a glamourous ensuite bathroom, with an oversized soaking tub with natural light and a walk-in shower. Each room has a ceiling fan for additional comfort—there's not a bad room in the house!
Another huge highlight is use of a beach chairs, and beach towels! Easily enjoy the best of the beach life, while staying in a tranquil neighborhood that’s never far from the action—the free island trolley is only a few blocks away and will take you up and down the island. As an additional bonus, this home is dog-friendly with a fee. The Spinnakers Cottages have it all for an unforgettable AMI getaway!Captain's Quarters is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog, plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Limit **
