Lazy Lagoon is a single story pool home located 2 blocks from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Bring the boat! The home is on a canal and provides a 55' boat dock.
Step into beach and island calm and the living, kitchen, and dining space. Find a seat on the comfy couch in the living room and enjoy a nap, book, or movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. If you need a workspace, there is a nearby desk and chair where you can set up a laptop to keep in touch with friends and family. A few steps away from the living area is the kitchen. The cozy space features plenty of cupboards and drawers full of everything you’ll need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. A door in the kitchen makes for easy access to the outside space. Enjoy the meal in the dining area with a table for eight and additional seating kitchen counter seating.
At the end of a long day of island adventure, retreat to a private bedroom. The master suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features a king bed and bedroom four includes a set of two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. . Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The private heated pool highlights the backyard. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from your suit before entering the pool. Enjoy a meal from the provided grill at the outdoor dining set for six. Just a few steps away is the private dock. Sit out and watch the world go by. You may also bring your own boat and use the 55' dock.
Lazy Lagoon is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

This is my second time staying at this beautifully appointed home and I will be back! Location, Location….easy short walk to the beach, Sandbar and other restaurants, and Pine Ave! From the open, light and bright interior this home has it all: well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings and beds, tasteful decor, all the beach gear, large pool and spa, plenty beach towels and more! I especially love the extra security to the doors leading to the pool when you have little ones with you!!!

Host answered all our questions quickly. House was clean and big enough for 8 people comfortably. I would recommend renting golf carts to get around the island.
Another Wonderful Week at Lazy Lagoon

We've stayed at the Lazy Lagoon several times. We keep coming back because the house is very clean and comfortable, we like spending a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, and we enjoy sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the dock by the canal when drinking our coffee in the morning. Lazy lagoon is a great rental.

Amazing location and property! I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids (5 & 3 years old) along with my sister, her husband and their 2 kids (12 & 10 years old) and it was absolutely perfect! The property was so clean and well maintained. The addition of the beach chairs, beach cart, towels, and toys that were available for us to use were also really amazing when going to the beach or staying at the pool for the day. Everything the house offered made our week (and first visit to Anna Maria!) that much more enjoyable and special. Everyone had such a great time and we're already planning our visit back next year! We ended up renting a golf cart, life jackets, skim board, and crib from Fun & More right down the street. We utilized Instacart for our food shopping which made things easier. I would definitely recommend this house!

Our Favorite House on AMI We have stayed at several properties on AMI and this was our favorite. The house was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the pool being on the same level as the house so we didn’t have to go up and down stairs for bathroom and drinks. The house is close to the beach and many attractions so it’s very walkable.

Simply the best! This year was our third year back at Anna Maria and we couldn’t have been happier with this house! The pictures of the property are accurate but don’t do it justice. The home is very spacious, clean, up to date and relaxing. We’ll look to rent this property again for sure!

Our family of 9 (7 adults/2 littles) had an enjoyable stay at the Lazy Lagoon. It is the perfect location from the gulf side (app. 2 blocks). We utilized the stocked kitchen for several home meals and appreciated the open floor plan. The one level design was excellent for our young ones. A nice feature of this house is its numerous windows, however, our stay was mid-July and the intense heat warmed the house in the afternoons/evenings to a level requiring box fans/ceiling fans throughout the night. One bedroom has a wall cooling unit which kept it comfortable. When I called management to report this concern they were prompt in filing a work order. The cooling system was checked that day and was working properly. It was rechecked a second time so we didn't allow the issue to affect our stay.

Second Stay As Nice As The First We loved our week at the Lazy Lagoon. It’s a short walk to the beach- so short that our 3 year old granddaughter had no problem walking it. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our afternoons in the pool. A few small problems were immediately take care of. We were impressed with the quick response. Loved it! My son , his girlfriend and I stayed a week in this awesome home! Tons of space for us to all spread out- lovely decor- nice that the tv had Netflix etc so after a day in the sun we could watch movies- close to the north end of town, bakery’s, restaurants, shopping and bike rental. Great AMI home and location We had a great vacation at Lazy Lagoon on AMI. The home was well configured for our family (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and a 9 year old) with space for everyone. It was well-equipped, clean, with great finishes throughout. The property managers were very responsive to the two items we called about (lightbulbs and.a loose paver at the entrance). We enjoyed spending time in the pool and exploring the canals and bays off the dock. For AMI the outside landscaping help keep bugs to a minimum which was great. 5/5 Wonderful Property This property was great! House was perfect size and layout for our group. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and appears recently updated with quality materials. Location was wonderful. A few more amenities would be nice additions (cooler, griddle, more plastic cups for kids, beach umbrella). Agree with previous comments that the beach chairs could use a refresh. Also the ice maker barely made ice, so we purchased ice daily, which we would have had to do anyway with the size of our group and how much ice we needed. Our family loved our stay at Lazy Lagoon! Great location, well stocked kitchen, pool and toys, and corn hole was a nice extra! There were seven of us and had plenty of space. I’m a fan of the one level living space. We’ve stayed at elevated homes before, but you seem to be constantly going up and down stairs, especially for the pool.
