Blue Palm Paradise is a short two minute walk from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A quick walk down the street and your feet are in the sand and enjoying the stunning turquoise waters of the Gulf!
The main living area features a bright kitchen with counter seating and a dining room with seating for eight. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy the pool view from the patio doors.
A master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom also shares this floor. On the next level, guests will enjoy a second king master with ensuite bathroom. The top floor includes a guest room with two sets of twin over queen bunkbeds and the final guest room with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom in the hall. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The private heated salt water pool and spa are a step outside the living room door. With an outdoor shower, pool loungers, grill and patio dining, your family will enjoy relaxing and dining poolside.

2nd time renting this property, but definitely not the last. Last year we had a party of six adults and two tweens, and the property was perfectly sized for the group. This year it was only four adults, but your still served us quite well. The rooms were cozy; well appointed but not stuffy. Very clean and well maintained. The pool was gorgeously surrounded by palms which add a bit of needed shade to some spots in the pool. And, the walk to the beach is a very short black and a half. I look forward to continuing our tradition of renting this property in the years to come.

A very cozy large home with spacious bedrooms. Excellent location with minimal walk to the beach. A nice pool with beautiful colorful glowing lights at night. It was great having a private pool to go to to cool off after a long day at the beach. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials for making a great family dinner. Perfect home for large families or multiple groups to get together for a great summer vacation along with their fur babies.

We stayed at Anna Maria Life for a week for a family trip, and a birthday celebration. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. It was very spacious. Clean, and we enjoyed the pool. Walking down to the beach was very easy. Maybe a five minute walk. There were lots of local shops and restaurants. Our favorites for coffee and breakfast sandwiches and muffins was the Anna Maria Island coffee shack. We also had really good dinner at some local restaurants every night while there, but our favorite would have to be The Ugly Grouper. When you go, you have to try the grouper tacos. You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great vacation. Anna Maria Island, Florida.

All the customer service people are extremely friendly very attentive and get things done. Beautiful and spacious home with plenty of room for our large family. Bedrooms were located separately to provide some privacy. Honestly everything I could have asked for in a vacation rental. Kitchen was stocked with everything we need to cook meals, there was plenty of cabinet and pantry space to allow us to store food during the week, and the pool and deck were phenomenal. The beach was a short 2 min walk from the home, and a trolley stop was at the end of the block. This home felt like a home away from home and we dreaded leaving today! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! We hope to be back again next year!

Beautiful home so close to the beach! We were expecting a longer walk to the beach based on pictures but it is a 2 minute walk. The backyard pool area feels so private with lots of palms, and the rooms in the home felt bigger than they did in the photos. Great kitchen, comfortable furniture, and was spotless.

The house was perfect for my family and my elderly adults. I brought my two nephews along and having the pool right outside the living room was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach and everything you need for the beach was already there (chairs, rafts, wagon). We also took advantage of the golf cart rental which was so fun to cruise around the island. The large kitchen had what we need for meals cooked at home in the evenings.

This is our 10th stay at an AirBnB and it was nothing short of amazing! The house fit all 8 of us comfortably; enough comforts of home to satisfy all and is absolutely beautiful. The huge kitchen was my favorite; the pool was my grandson's. Being like 25 steps to the beach was perfect; having a wagon, chairs, and boogie boards also helped. Everyone loved their own bathroom :) We were walking distance to many places but since my elderly mom was along, we drove to dinner via car rental or golf cart. We rented a golf cart and cabana from FUN & MORE rentals. Recommended eateries: The Ugly Grouper; Rod and Reel Pier; Freckled Fin; Pizza Social; Millie's. The beach provided a perfect place to watch the sunset. The neighborhood was great for getting a few miles walking before breakfast. Thank you to Anna Maria Life for suggesting the Loaded Kitchen; groceries ordered, delivered, and put away at the house before arrival. Thank you for everything!

Just Perfect Such a beautiful home, steps from the beach and trolley stop. The heated pool with lil waterfalls was a perfect addition. Wonderful communication from the rental management company (very responsive and helpful) and all was just as described. Family Vacation Perfect location and so close to the beach! We went to the beach daily then came back and took advantage of the pool. Plenty of beach chairs, toys and a wagon to use. Beautiful home and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room and ideal layout for our family vacation (which included small children). Kitchen was well stocked (plates, glassware, pans, etc.) Also, ample pillows, blankets, towels and beach towels. We had a great time (wish we could have stayed longer)!!! Can't wait to return!

Blue Palm was Paradise! Home was beautiful and very well appointed. Fit our family of 7 wonderfully. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. We loved that there were plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and other beach toys ready and waiting for us. The location was fantastic, 2 min walk to the beach and still centrally located to many restaurants and shops. We also made daily use of the beautiful pool and especially the spa. There was a bed linen mishap at our arrival but AMI was quick to respond and very gracious to provide a credit. We would love to rent this home in the future!

Would stay here again We had the best week at AMI in this house. You never know if the listing will actually be like the pictures suggest, but this one was. I can't say enough good things about this house. It's location was perfection (across the street and 3 houses in from the beach). The ceilings are tall, the beds are so comfortable, and the pool is a great size. There is a cart with beach toys and plenty of chairs to go around. (We left the beach toys we purchased, as well as a kite that we bought and didn't get around to using.) The only "complaint" would be that the twin bed bedroom door didn't shut all the way, but that room was being used by our 5 and 7 year olds so that didn't bother me. We 100% will stay here again. Blue Palm Paradise was a great find and I would stay here again! It is super close to the beach, and has a beautiful pool. There were some small inconveniences which were immediately addressed by the management team. There are some things the owners could do to make things even better, but it's nothing that would prevent me from renting again.

Blue Palm Paradise was perfect for us. The house is decorated beautifully. The Florida vibe and colors throughout the house were fabulous. The kitchen was completely furnished for all our cooking needs. The pool area provided enough sun and shade for all our sunning needs. The house was beautiful and great location! This was our annual family vacation. We had 5 adults and 3 children; the house was well laid out, so we never felt crowded. Just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The only negative is the kitchen could be better stocked. But all in all, a great place. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our 3 generation family including 2 teenagers. The well supplied kitchen was wonderful to prepare our meals. Bedrooms on three levels meant everyone was able to have their own space. The beach is just a short walk away but a beautiful pool is only a few steps out the door. Perfect spring break.

We just spent an amazing 2 weeks at Blue Palm Paradise. The home had absolutely everything that we wanted and needed. After a long day of travel , we walked into a pristine home, that was extremely clean and ready for us. We truly enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the white sand beaches, the beautiful pool and hot tub, the location of the home, the spacious layout, all of the extra storage in the kitchen and closets! Although the back yard is small, it's very private and feels very tropical and lush. We had two VERY MINOR problems while we were at the home, but they were both taken care of immediately (within in a few hours). The customer service at Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals is second to none. We can't wait to come back and visit this beautiful home again next year!!! Thank you!

This was a perfect place for our family. The pool area has the perfect mix of sun and shade. Steps to the beach with nice beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and sand toys. As the grandparents we loved the 2 master suites. The downstairs was perfect for us as minimal stairs. Great open area and kitchen that was fully stocked. Nice garage to park the car with additional space for golf cart and 1 more vehicle. The home decor is wonderful. We were there over Christmas and they had added holiday decor in many of the rooms.

GREAT Location, Terrific House!

The layout of the kitchen, family room, and pool area was terrific for spending time together, cooking, and relaxing after the beach days. Proximity to the beach made it easy to run back/forth as desired - it is no more than a 2 minute walk from the garage to the sand. The kitchen and grilling area were overall excellent and very well stocked with cooking tools and utensils.
The property management firm was also extremely responsive when we arrived and found a dirty grill (with old food still on it) and a dirty pool. These were items that were caused by the prior guests, and they had staff there within 20 minutes - no exaggeration.
Understanding that we are quite particular, our personal suggestions to the property manager would be to cut back some of the landscaping around the pool (felt overgrown and got the pool dirty daily with leaves, branches, etc), replace 2 of the broken beach chairs (total of 4 available), have the cleaning crew spend a bit of extra time vacuuming the carpets, and hire an exterminator to help limit the ants we saw in the kitchen as well as perhaps cloud the deck to limit the mosquitos. Water pressure in the first floor MBR bathroom shower was also much lower than the second floor MBR bath. Again, being quite particular here, but in a luxury rental having these items addressed would further enhance the overall experience. All things considered, We would stay here again and are considering booking for 2022 if we opt to return to Holmes Beach versus trying another region/state. The pros of this house far outweigh our nitpicky concerns!!

Great location - bring/rent bikes! Absolutely loved the location and the house. There were some issues with the hot water in the upstairs master shower that were a bit confounding due to the on demand water and a shower valve that needs replacing - my wife had a couple of very cold showers but we used other bathrooms. Pool was great although controls for temp seem to be locked in (remote didn’t work). In summary though, even with these minor inconveniences we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again. The pool was awesome for our group (5 small boys). We could swim or walk to the amazing beach down the street! It was nice to have laundry available for towels, etc. The fridge takes awhile to cool all the food/freezer too but we dealt with that/went to pick up ice and put in the freezer.
