Located on the coveted North End of Anna Maria and one block to Bean Point, Beachology is your beach vacation retreat. Magical sunsets, sun, surf and the sugar sand beach will welcome you home.

The open and spacious floor plan features seaside and beach decor. The dining room has seating for eight with additional kitchen counter stools for four. Relax together with your family in the living room while enjoying the comfort of the large sectional sofa and take in a movie. Take your morning coffee on the balcony and feel the island breezes greet you. The home has an elevator for easy access to all three floors.

The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf. Two king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom three features a king bed with direct access through pocket doors to a hall bathroom. The final bedroom has a set of queen over queen bunkbeds. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The ground level is where the fun is! Take a dip in the pool, challenge the family to a game of ping pong or foosball in the game room or just relax poolside in the lounge area. Pool loungers, and an outdoor shower add to the outdoor experience.

Pack up the beach wagon with chairs and towels and head to Bean Point for the day! Beachology is quick bike ride to the many shops and restaurants on Pine Ave and the nearest stop for the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

We loved our stay at Anna Maria Life! It was a great walking distance to the beach and Pine Street. The game room and pool kept the kids occupied for hours!

Beachology was wonderful. Beach was one street away. House was clean and well equipped with activities outside like putting golf, cornhole and lots of pool toys. The pool was covered and ideal because of the heat. The elevator was convenient for suitcases and groceries.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachology! Our family of 10 had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout of the house was perfect for a large group. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week.The location was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The beach is just a short walk away, and it is absolutely beautiful. We loved being able to walk back and forth throughout the day without any hassle. We were also lucky enough to spot some amazing wildlife, including manatees, which made the experience even more special. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking each evening and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. The property management team was also great to work with and was responsive and easy to communicate with. We made so many wonderful family memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Beachology again. Highly recommend!

Very nice property and well maintained. Rooms were nice and had plenty of room for our party of 10. Check in was very easy and the staff at Anna Maria Life Rentals were always available for any questions or suggestions. The proximity to the Newton beach access point is great. Easy walk and not to crowded. Also has plenty of beach chairs for you to use and a couple of umbrellas that can be used on a very light wind day. Love the property and would stay again.

Fabulous home, excellent location! We loved staying at this home on Anna Maria Island. It is located on the desirable North End of the island.. quiet, beautiful, peaceful. It has full access to the beach, which is very secluded, without many people on it at all.. even during the warmest, sunniest most beautiful of days. So the location is a five-star plus! The home itself is beautiful. it is even better than the photos show, if that’s even possible! It’s extremely clean, well-appointed and fulfilled all our needs. The open spaces for the living room, dining room and kitchen made for a great area for our family to congregate and spend time together. Each of us had a wonderful bedroom suite, that was spacious, quiet and comfortable.. they gave us a place to retreat to, away from the rest of the home. I had the third floor all to myself, with three king suites.. my two kids chose the main floor and had wonderful spaces to themselves. The main floor (dining kitschy living room) had an easy access deck off the back overlooking the gulf. As did my third floor suite.. it was so nice to have access to the outdoors while being inside the home. The pool outside was a great place for us to spend time when we were not in the beach. There were plenty of outdoor games and activities to so there, and more than enough accessories for the beach, which is a very short walk away. We loved this home.. and are grateful the owners offered us such a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. STAY IN THIS HOME!

Spring break for the whole family! We LOVED this property! It was perfectly laid out for families to come together and enjoy one another and also be able to separate if need be. The pool and game room was a major kit for the kids. The open kitchen was so nice for being able to keep the conversation going while cooking dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable to all the shops and cute restaurants. Would love to come back some day in the future!

Great house steps from the sand We had a wonderful spring break at Beachology! The house was well outfitted with everything we needed...including beach chairs and towels. The location is just steps from the sand and an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Beachology was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The house was well maintained and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a delicious Thanksgiving dinner as well as a great table to seat us all. There were lots of games and toys for the kids. Anna Maria Life was great to work with, especially considering the amount of work that had to be done after the hurricanes. Thank you for helping us make some wonderful memories.

We love AMI and have stayed with Anna Maria Life twice now. Both stays have been great and the house were very clean which is important to me. My husband and I stopped into the rental office and the woman at the desk was so nice and friendly. We planned to rent with them in the future.

Fabulous Home on Bean Point! This was an annual girl’s trip for our group of women who have been friends for 50+ years. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Beachology. The house offered plenty of room for our group of 8 to sleep, share meals, play games and do some fun arts and crafts. It was just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and about 10 minutes to the bay to view beautiful sunrises. It was so refreshing to take a dip in the pool after a full day in the sun. The local restaurants did not disappoint - Rod & Reel Pier, The Sandbar and The Porch (our favorite). We hope to return to Beachology on Anna Maria Island again in the future.

Great location! My family and I just stayed here with a few friends and we absolutely loved it. Plenty of rooms for everyone and we loved that it was a 2 min walk to the beach for sunset. We have kids ranging 7-2 and it was extremely kid friendly! So many toys and outside toys for them to play with along with a ton of beach toys and chairs. The rental company was great they came by a few times to drop a few things off we didn’t even no we needed. We will definitely be coming back next year!

We had a lovey week at Beachology. It is a beautiful house, beach access is only 1 block away, and the shaded pool was so nice as it was in the 90's each day. It is a walk to Pine Avenue and the bus/trolley stops, but a quick bike ride.

We spent a week at Beachology in June 2023, total of 12 guests (6 adults / 6 kids). We were very pleased that the property had 4 master suites, a shaded pool, elevator, a 2nd (lower level) refrigerator, and included plenty of beach chairs and a beach buggy to make the 5 minute walk to the beach very easy. The kitchen was equipped with more than enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc... that it made meals with a large crowd very easy. The big laundry room was a plus, as it allowed us to unpack from the beach without taking up counter space in kitchen or dining room. We would definitely stay here again. If you have a chance to eat dinner at The Waterfront Restaurant, we highly recommend going there! Food and service were fantastic, great selection of drinks at bar with friendly staff. Note: they do not take reservations, but that was easily overcome by sending a few folks early to put our name in while enjoying drinks at the bar.

This is a great place to stay. Plenty of room and a great location to the beach. The amount of extras, such as beach wagon, chairs, etc was very convenient.
