With an excellent location on the desirable north end of the island, this home is only a few minutes from the beach and the famed Bean Point, the northernmost point of the island that offers up a low-key beach and panoramic views of stunning turquoise water. 

One of the first things you’ll notice about this home is its charming and diverse color palette, from the exterior seafoam hue to the vibrant bedrooms. The living area is up on the main level, offering a bright space to indulge in a bit of rest and relaxation. Take a seat on the large sectional and enjoy access to the flat-screen TV. As a bonus, the kitchen is right off this space, allowing you to put on your favorite program while you craft specialty drinks and whip up some vacation snacks. 

The kitchen is fully equipped (a must-have for a beach vacation!) and has high-quality appliances that are easy to use. The dining area off the kitchen can seat six, and there’s also a conveniently located full bathroom. A closet along the way has a washer and dryer, and a door leads out to an upper deck that overlooks the pool, with an outdoor dining set for six.

Journey up another level to the bedrooms, each offering a unique look. Each room has its personal flat-screen TV, making it them a relaxing haven to retreat to after an exciting day out on the island. The purple and red bedroom have a king-sized bed, while the smaller orange room has a queen bed. 

Down on the ground level, there is a game room that leads out to the pool area. Challenge your friends to a game of air hockey or have a fun old-fashioned poker night. Outside you’ll find the pool, which has built in tables perfect for having a drink and chat in the pool! The pool is heated for the cooler season, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. AMI Retreat is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog, plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Limit **
