Villa Marianne is located on the north end of Anna Maria Island and steps from the white sand beach and sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The bright kitchen overlooks a dining area with seating for six and additional stools at the island. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy the island view from the patio doors.

The main living level features two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bedroom with a queen bed. The other two bedrooms are on the third floor and share a hall bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the other bedroom features a twin over full bunkbed. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Outside, the heated pool and spa invites you to take a dip or relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise.

The covered poolside lounge features a TV and a dining table for six for guests to enjoy a meal from the grill. There is also an indoor room with a separate dining area and foosball table.

Villa Marianne is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Beautiful home near the beach. The pool was great and nicely heated. The hot tub even heated up just like a regular hot tub which was awesome for us adults at night while the kids swam!

Beautiful property very well equipped amazing location We were 2 families staying in the house there was loads of room we loved the location. There was plenty of beach equipment to use including a gazebo and a beach trolley to transport it all to the beach. You definitely need a car to explore the island and the connecting islands. House had everything we needed for our stay. Two families with four kids total, ages 6 to 15. Close to the beach with easy access. The two bikes at the house were frequently used by the kids along a walking/biking path at the end of the street. There was construction at several locations along the street, but they stopped working by 5:30, so there was never a noise issue. The pool was small but suit our needs fine, and the spa was a bonus for the parents.

This house was perfect for our beach reunion of 3 couples. Just steps from the beach. Nice pool and spa. Easy walking to some local shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The kitchen, dining, great room area is set up nicely for visiting, watching tv, and playing board games. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we hope to return again.

Spring Break 2021

Spring Break 2021 This is our second year visiting AMI for spring break with our three young boys. We love the island and this was a great location. We loved that the house was on a road with hardly any traffic and we didn't have to cross any roads to get to the beach. It was a quick walk from the house to the beach so if we forgot anything or had to restock on snacks it was an easy trip to run back to the house.
