Island Serenity is a beautiful townhouse surrounded by the lush tropical foliage of Anna Maria Island. Drive up the bricked driveway and arrive at island paradise. The simple and cozy covered patio leads to the entrance of the home. Once you’ve made yourself at home inside, explore your outdoor island oasis. There are balconies off the front and back of the main living area on the second floor. Step out front and watch the goings-on of the neighborhood from a chaise lounge or bistro seating. The screened in space on the rear of the home is shaded by towering palm trees and boasts outdoor living and dining seating for everyone. On the third level, the master suite has its own balcony! Keep your feet firmly planted on the ground on the back patio. The covered space features a deck, BBQ grill, and plenty of seating for lounging. Enjoy privacy from the lush, tropical foliage of Anna Maria Island. The home is just steps away from the community pool, where you can take a dip or lounge in the sun.
