If you’re ready to dive into the best of Anna Maria Island living, look no further than our AMI Boathouse, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sits right along one of the island’s canals and only a quick drive to the shore, offering both the beach life and the water recreation along the canal. Enjoying a location at the beautiful north end of the island, this home is also within walking distance to bayfront beaches and Pine Ave, which offers numerous places for shopping and dining.
Step in through the turquoise door of this radiant home, and journey up to the main level where you’ll come across the fully equipped kitchen, offering high-quality appliances and beautiful countertops with a considerable amount of space. There are four seats at a breakfast bar, and then you’ll find the sizeable dining table with eight seats. From here, the area opens into the living room, while at the other end of the kitchen you’ll find a comfy sitting area, and a bonus sleeping area, with two queen beds, perfect for families traveling with kids!
In the living room you can sit on cushy leather couches and turn on the flat-screen TV, or venture out onto the upper balcony, which faces the canal with sweeping views of the waterfront and the sparkling pool below. A dining set seats four so you can enjoy a snack alfresco, and many chairs invite you to sit back and relax in the breeze. With a direct entrance to the balcony, you’ll find the first guest bedroom, featuring a king-sized mattress and a flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom can be found down the hall, and as a bonus also features a king-sized bed. Just off the kitchen, the master suite is the real highlight of the home, with a California king-size bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV, and opulent bathroom with a jetted tub and upscale décor. A shared bathroom in the hall gives easy access for both rooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor which is the main living area.
Downstairs you’ll find a lounge room that leads out to the pool, equipped with a flat-screen TV, making it a great place to play sporting events while enjoying the pool outside. The heated pool offers lovely canal views, and the outside area is furnished with outdoor dining sets, lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill. A cornhole game set is available for use, as is the private dock if you rent or bring your own boat! This property also has an outdoor shower and washer and dryer, making rinsing off after the beach effortless!
