The cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom Gulf front condo is just steps from the beach and waves of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for six guests. Share island memories together in the condo community that features private access to the beach!
After you’ve made yourself at home, check out the available outdoor amenities. Your private balcony boasts island and beach décor, along with outdoor dining seating. The provided BBQ grill gives you the chance to cook and eat al fresco with the waves crashing in the distance. Look out over the pool area with its many adjustable chaise lounges and tables with sun umbrellas, or out past the gate to the private beach access. You’re only moments from a refreshing dip.
Step inside to Florida island calm. Open the front door onto a foyer that leads to the bedrooms on either side or straight ahead to the kitchen, dining, and living area. The soothing mint green color on the walls and beach décor throughout the semi-open living, kitchen, and dining space invite you to sit and relax. The cozy kitchen features tile flooring, white and stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space – including a bar area with seating for three on the living room side, making it easy to grab a snack or help with meal prep. Enjoy the meal at the long rectangular table on tile floor that seats everyone. Wood flooring in the living space hosts beach décor including cozy chairs, a couch, and entertainment center with large, flat screen TV. Open the large sliding glass door to the balcony and bring the outdoors in for one large living space.
At the end of a long day, retreat to a private bedroom. The beach theme décor continues into the master suite, which boasts wood floors that host a king bedroom set. Two night tables, a dresser, and two closets allow for plenty of storage space. An entertainment cabinet with smaller flat screen TV keeps you entertained. The en suite bath boasts a large frameless glass shower stall with multiple shower heads, and the single-sink vanity is separate from the rest of the bath. The second bedroom hosts a queen bedroom set with matching night tables and dresser with mirror with beach theme. The en suite bath boasts a tub/shower combo with single-sink vanity. The final sleeping space is the living room sofa that turns into a queen sleeper. There is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy an island getaway!
