- The home does not have central air conditioning or heating but has window units to keep the interior cool and space heaters are also provided for use during colder weather.
- Due to the kitchen size, the home does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal.
- The laundry room is located at a property next door and is shared between the three units.
- The dock is shared between the other unit which is occupied by a long-term tenant.
- Pets are not allowed in this home.
